Q - What are your prices? How much are your towels and bathrobes?

A - We do not advertise our prices online as we supply many retail customers who do not want their purchase prices to be readily available publicly.

Please complete the “ Request a Pricelist ” form and we will email you a complete price list as soon as possible, or phone us Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Q – Can you embroider our logo or message on your towels?

A - We can embroider your logo or message, but will need to see the logo in computer graphic form, to know the required dimensions of the embroidery, and the number of towels or bath robes required (minimum of 50pcs), before we can quote you our best prices.

Q – What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A - Our minimum order is the "poly bag" quantity that is on the right side of the price list page e.g. 12 face cloths per colour, 3 bath sheets per colour etc.

We also have a minimum order value of £100 + delivery and VAT.

Q – Is there a delivery charge?

A - Within mainland UK, carriage is free for orders over £500 plus VAT; for orders under £500 plus VAT we charge whatever the delivery costs, i.e. 1st 20Kg £7.70 then 22p for every extra kg plus 7.75% fuel surcharge.

Q – How do I pay?

A - Payment can be made by cheque, by phoning us with your credit or debit card details, or by bank transfer.
